• Note: It is the User’s responsibility to ensure personnel are informed of data collection protocols.

2. Cross-Border Data Flow (GBA)

Spillbeans operates across the Greater Bay Area. By using the Service, you acknowledge that your data may be processed and stored in Hong Kong and/or Mainland China. We utilize regional-compliant server clusters to meet local regulatory requirements.

3. Purpose of Processing

We process data solely to:

• Verify operational compliance for your organization.
• Generate “Active Integrity” reports for management.
• Improve the performance of our verification algorithms.

4. Data Retention

Operational evidence is retained for the duration of your partnership. Deleted account data is purged from our active databases within 30 days, unless required for legal compliance.

5. Security & Third-Party Disclosure

We do not sell your operational data. Data is only shared with sub-processors (cloud hosting providers) necessary to run the Service.

• Security: While we implement industry-standard safeguards, we cannot guarantee absolute security of data transmitted over regional networks.
• Legal: Data may be disclosed if required by law enforcement in the relevant jurisdiction.

Language Prevalence

In the event of any discrepancy or inconsistency between the English version and any translated version of this policy, the English version shall prevail.
